Thanks - I'm reviewing your request

Your account's set up. I've been notified and will email you as soon as I've approved your request - that email includes a link straight into your intake. No need to do anything else here in the meantime.

Step 1 of 3

Connect or upload training history

I use your activity history to understand paces, zones and your historic training load. Choose your source and follow the upload steps below.

Training data

Choose Strava or manual upload above.

Strava connects in seconds. No Strava? Upload files instead.

Get workouts on your watch

Set up intervals.icu

To deliver your workouts to your watch please set up an intervals.icu account, simple steps below.

  1. Create your free account at intervals.icu/signup. Use the same email you used here so I can find you.
  2. Connect your watch: in intervals.icu click your name (top left), select Settings, then click Connections. Connect your watch brand (COROS, Garmin, Suunto, Wahoo, Polar), sign in with that account, and make sure "Upload planned workouts" is ticked. Also connect Strava here as well. This is what carries each session onto your watch.
  3. Copy your athlete ID — on Settings, search "athlete ID" and copy the number that looks like i123456, and paste it below. This links you to my coaching account and your workouts will start landing on your calendar automatically.

Goal

B-races (optional)

Any other races along the way?

Add any race you're doing on the way to your goal race. I'll cut the days before it back, and build real recovery in afterwards, so it fits the block instead of wrecking it.

Training load

Usual weekly running and longest recent run are pulled automatically from your connected training data (last 4 weeks). Adjust either one if it doesn't look right.

Thanks for all the info. I'll share your plan shortly.

Your plan unlocks once I've reviewed your training data, checked your zones, and approved the block.
